Welcome to Yoga Therapy. Here’s what to expect. In the first session we will do an intake, a short assessment and co-create a program for you. We will explore the 5 koshas of being; physical, breath,mental, wisdom and spirit. You will choose your areas of focus and we will create goals together. I will share tools to support reducing symptoms and creating balance and wellness. Ayurveda is weaved within yoga sessions as she is a sister science and pairs beautifully with yoga. Intake session is 90 minutes. Follow up sessions are 60 to 70 minutes in length. Online zoom sessions or in studio sessions are available. Prices range on client circumstance. Reiki or Kahi Loha Energy Session
Welcome to Reiki energy balancing and revitalizing of the subtle body! I offer two methods, first is from the Usui Japanese system. The second is Kahi Loha 7 Touch from the Hawaian Huna lineage. Reiki from the Usui lineage can be received hands on or hands from a distance and is a more passive approach. Kahi Loha or Magic Touch is an active approach where the client and practitioner will be actively engaging throughout the session. Length of session is 75 minutes. Client will fill out an intake and permission waiver form prior to session. Session begins with reviewing intake, gentle movement, guided visualization to journey within followed by the energy session. Following tools may be infused; crystals, toning, sound, affirmations, mantras, oils. In person sessions required. Distance reiki is an option for those at a distance. 5 Senses Body Treatment Package
Welcome to the Raindrop Body Treatment, a Lakota practice of effleurage, coupled with therapeutic grade essential oils and vita flex. A series of essential oils—known for their antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties—are applied along the spine and on the feet. The oils are applied in a specific order and massaged into the back body and feet using feather-light strokes, creating a sensation of raindrops falling, which is where the therapy gets its name. Clinical research has shown that the bio-frequencies of the essential oils can raise the frequencies of the human body. This technique is especially supportive in immunity building and emotional release. Session is 50 to 60 minutes in length. Price ranges from $99-$150. The ancient art of ear coning supports the detoxification of the sinus and lymph systems, gives an overall feeling of balance, clarity and well-being plus more.The ear coning process starts as the wide end of the spiral shaped cone is set on fire and the small end of the cone is inserted very gently into the ear canal creating a “smudging” on the inside. This can help sharpen mental functions, vision, hearing, smell, and taste. Client rests on the massage table as practitioner conducts the coning process. This service is about 45 minutes in length. Each ear takes anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to complete. There will be extra time given for the client to rest when the coning is completed if needed. Pairs well with other body services. Scalp oiling transcends continents and cultures from Africa to India, Japan and the Middle East. Experience the calming effects to the nervous system and an overall well-being. Client will find a restful position as warm herbal infused oil is applied through entire scalp with intricate partings and followed by a gentle scalp massage. Experience the 5 great elements and their healing essence. Beginning with the element of space and balancing the sense of hearing with ear coning. Followed by the earth element and balancing the sense of smell with nasya nose oiling. Next comes the element of fire and the sense of sight with an eye rose water soak. The air element balances the sense of touch with scalp oiling and massage. The session ends with the water element and balancing the sense of taste with an herbal concoction and a contemplation. Length of session is 60-75 minutes. Price range depends on client circumstances. Price ranges from $135-$195.
