Welcome to Dancing with the Divine, a movement, prayer, and celebration gathering. In this time together we will enjoy the divine in the many forms from Goddess, God, 5 great elements, the seasons, spirit animals, the Sun and Moon, and even the stars! This time together will include exploring storytime, movement, prayer, mantra, dance, meditations, divinations and more. We will gather closer to the full moon time of month. Days to still be determined. All levels of dance and spiritual backgrounds welcome. Length of class is 90 minutes. Signed waiver mandatory to participate. Price varies on client circumstances. Yoga Nidra

Welcome to Yoga Nidra, the Nidra of conscious and restful sleep. This session includes opening invocation and prayer to the Goddess Nidra. We move into a gentle spinal release yoga movement to prepare body for rest. Time is taken to set up a nidra nest, a position with supports to hold the being with ultimate comfort and nourishment. Nat then guides the room in a guided visualization to rest into nidra and the nidra state. When complete, we end with chanting. There is time carved out for tea and connection and divination if desired. We will gather during the waning moon phase. Days to be determined. The Yoga of Nidra session is 60 minutes in length, 25 minutes is the guided visualization. Signed waiver mandatory to participate. Price varies on client circumstances. Price ranges from $30-$60. Sound Bath Through the Elements

Welcome to sound bath through the elements. We begin the session with an invocation and prayer to the God/Goddess. Then move into some gentle spinal release movement to prepare the body for rest. Nat will begin a guided visualization into a restful state followed by a sound journey through the elements. Sound session may or may not include affirmations, mantras, singing, poems or short stories. We may gather during waxing or waning phase of moon depending on the star configurations and what’s needed at the time. Days to be determined. This session is 75 minutes in length.
