Animal Notice:
This is a cat house. If you have allergies, I can do a mobile service. Though cats do help raise the energy vibration to help support healing.
Cancellations:
Please cancel within a 24 hour time frame. When more than one cancellation happens in a row, a holding space fee will be applied. Please see payments for more information.

Payments:
Payment in full expected before session begins. You may register with Paypal or Venmo or bring cash. Then make payment to Natalie Glassford. If you are unable to pay prior to our session, you may pay in person before the session. I can take all major credit cards in the office. I do accept cash. I do not accept checks.
When more than one cancellation in a row has occurred and the client would like to reschedule, a holding space fee will be expected. The client will need to pay the session fee upfront when scheduling. Example; if client is scheduling a reiki session a fee of $75.00 will be expected the same day as scheduling. If the client is scheduling a yoga wellness session a fee of $75.00 will be expected the same day as scheduling. Payment can be made to Venmo or Paypal @ Natalie Glassford. For a full refund, client will need to cancel more than 24 hours in advance. Example; if the client is scheduled on Monday @ 3:30pm, client will need to cancel Sunday @ 3:29 pm or before. If cancelled @ 3:30 pm or after on Sunday, the holding space fee will not be refunded. A holding space fee is only required if more than one session in a row has been cancelled.

For Perspective………. Consider full price if you have: expendable income. This may include having investments, retirement accounts, and/or inherited money. If able to travel recreationally and can take paid time off. Work part time by choice, and may have access to family money and resources in times of need.
Consider discounted price if you: are underemployed or part time not by choice. Are supporting dependants. Have medical expenses not fully covered by insurance. Have out of pocket educational expenses. May recieve some public assistance. May have immigration related expenses.
